PROBABLY MY STUPIDEST IDEA

THIS KINDA WORKED

So this was like a mark 2 or upgrade of the human pond skater (see video below) and was a very rough put together quickly  idea  just to see if it could work........well sort of  and there has been another version but it still wasn't quiet what i wanted or expected as i can not evolve the idea to much as i'll end up making a boat. The motor i'm using is not very powerful and a better motor would be to big so i may have to rethink that part but this motor was given to me which means all ive wasted is a chair. So this is a work in progress but this is england and there are not many days were i want to get in a cold river  but i,ve not given up yet.
