Turning a Tuk Tuk upto 11
So with Far Cry 4 set to be released this november 18th ubisoft asked me to turn driving a tuk tuk and shooting (something you can do in the game) into a reality so what fool would i be to turn down being paid to create such an experiance.
So armed with someone elses cash i bought a Tuk of ebay and thought they need to spend some money on some power as if you going to shoot from this thing you need to be able to keep up with what ever your chaseing and with a normal top speed of 40mph i took pride in buying a CBR600 to boost performace, its also more fun when its not your cash hehe.

In reality putting a bigger engine in this and putting one in a mobility scooter is just the same just everything is larger but the same methods for the gears control cables and axle mounts are all the same, If done again the only thing i could have changed is move engine back and down a little so not as much popped through back seat but i used an axle from a quadzilla buggy and getting parts for those things is like beating a Chinese man personally, as there parts department is like playing the lottery. But that aside the axle was the perfect length and seems to be up to the job. so first a striped the old girl down.
Now these things are actually quite heavy machines as i though it would be like a moped with a fibre glass shell but there all metal and quite front heavy but there plenty of space for our new lump
See it sits in there a treat, i made the side engine mounts removable just incase further down the road they needed altering or shifting but the engine dropped down through them so that was handy should for any catastrophic reason it had to come out once built. The loverly wheels are pure MDF if your wondering haha
So with engine mounted it was just connect all ancillaries. I managed to mount the bikes clocks and dash just behind the bars which was a bonus and as the speedo on the bike worked of the gearbox it still worked to but does not show correct speed due to different sprocket and wheel size. The look from the rear is brilliant as the fat wheels just look the tits.
The finished engine all wired n rocking. The batteries are for the heat this thing ends up packing as remember what the aim is here. Now its time for weapons.
